What Is eBay Bucks?
Cashback programs haven’t always had success in the past. Recently Microsoft shut down its Bing Cashback system which however was very popular among eBay traders and customers. Now eBay’s offering its own solutions that should be very attractive to the marketplace’s loyal customers.
Consumers can earn eBay Bucks made both on the website or through related mobile apps. The catch is that users have to redeem their eBay Bucks towards other purchases on the marketplace via PayPal exchange. Rewards money is accumulated at a user’s PayPal account during three month period, at the end of which a reward certificate is issued. Then the consumer has 30 days to redeem eBay Bucks towards purchases with PayPal on eBay.com.
Over the past year eBay has been implementing Bucks through a pilot program and says that consumers enrolled in eBay Bucks spent five times more on eBay than those who did not participated in the scheme.

Qualifying purchases excludes all Classifieds, Business & Industrial Capital Equipment, Real Estate, and eBay Motors categories (except Parts & Accessories in eBay Motors, which will earn eBay Bucks).
Hoewever, enrollment in eBay Bucks Program and participation are completely free and any legal U.S. resident 18 years of age or older with a valid PayPal account can can join the program.

Recent researches made by British personal finance experts have proven that people who use a cashback credit card and put their money into an interest-bearing account could earn significant bonuses every year.

Barclay’s gives Barclaycard holders more rewards
Barclay’s bank has doubled cashback rewards for Barclaycard holders which are offered to them on purchases at partnering retailers until May, 17.
The doubled Reward promotion allows cardholders to earn about 2% on most transactions. To get involved into reward earning, customers are asked to provide their data at the website barclaycardfreedom.co.uk.
The Barclay’s cashback program called Barclaycard Freedom was launched in March with more than 30,000 retailers, incl. Nationwide Autocentres, YO! Sushi, Goldsmiths and Pizza Express, LA Fitness. In the first two weeks of Barclaycard Freedom scheme, cardholders earned more than £160,000 in rewards.
